            AI Assisted Visual Identity

Packaging Design, Naram (2025)


In today’s design landscape, where conversations around AI often center on fear and replacement, I chose to explore its creative potential instead. Rather than viewing AI as a threat to originality, I approached it as a collaborator using it to generate initial visual ideas through culturally rooted prompts and aesthetic direction.

By curating and refining these outputs through my own design lens, I was able to shape Naram (soft in Hindi) into a brand world that feels both human and contemporary. This process reaffirmed that when guided by intention and emotion, AI can amplify creativity rather than diminish it serving as an extension of the designer’s voice, not a substitute.

Some illustrations and compositions were refined and edited in Photoshop and Illustrator to maintain a cohesive visual identity while Aftereffects was used to create a video of the AI generated bread images.
